If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • To cancel your order, email us at roseartbymichellerq@gmail.com or msg +91 9892495425 with your order details.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds in the following cases:

2.1 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and order details.

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on stock availability.

2.2 Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for an exchange or issue a refund.

2.3 Returns (If Applicable)

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or personalized/custom orders.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

  • If you do not receive your refund within the specified time, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized/customized products.

  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes.

  • Shipping fees (unless the issue was caused by us).
